SyfyWe invite you to respell the name of your favorite cable network to win the eternal admiration of your fellow readers.

In a bid to become the (Artist Formerly Known as) Prince of cable networks, The Sci Fi Channel announced this week that it's changing its name to Syfy. It's a move that should neatly open the door for the network to air less Battlestar Galactica or Doctor Who-ish shows in favor of more Ghost Hunters or Who Wants to Be a Superhero?

In honor of this stylish and substantive move, you're invited to respell the name of your favorite cable network below for fun and nonprofit. For a simple example, fans of A&E could trot out "HeyAndEee." Or, for the more liberal reader, MSNBC could become MMMMQhissEnBeeSeat(-t). Note the use of the silent "Q." If you really want to think outside the box, you might repackage the Bravo network as "Barbara."

You're allowed to use unnecessary punctuation, umlauts, etc. If there were a way to post images in the comments area, you could return to the Prince theme and replace ESPN's name entirely with a bizarrely redesigned football symbol.

Whatever strikes your fancy, enjoy (henjoi).
