I expect that Rag Doll Kung-Fu Fists of Plastic has flown under most people’s radars, but those who played the first RDKF on the PC will know why the newly announced April 9 PlayStation Network release is something to be excited about.
I don’t know if I can quite do the gameplay justice, but in essence, Rag Doll Kung-Fu is a Smash Bros.-esque fighting game that replaces Nintendo characters with 70’s-era kung-fu flick staples, all of whom are replicated as literal ragdolls with intensely realistic physics applied to everything they do.
It makes more sense if you watch Sony’s trailer, I promise.
No pricing information has been released for Fists of Plastic, but I’d be stunned to see it for anything higher than $10.
As an aside, did anyone else notice the Sackboy costume in that clip? That lil’ guy is everywhere!
