Evil comes in many different forms: the terror-inducing idea of Whedon’s Reavers in Firefly, the Grandma-eating Wolf in Red Riding Hood, the grouchiness that is Oscar the Grouch.

The internets are not free from any of these forms of evil. Evil lurks in hidden corners and obscure urls. We try to protect our children from excessive horror and use what filters and parenting methods we have available to us. But occasionally, our beloved cyberspace presents us with some new and novel. Sometimes the evil is just too much.

Evil appears in many forms. It's most scarily hilarious is when evil morphs to combine with warped minds and comedic sensibilities. Below are representations of evil that GeekDad thinks goes too far. Present are five forms of evil that makes us smile, smirk or chuckle knowingly.

You know what I’m talking about, this is so much more than just the Bert is Evil meme.

So, we are happy to present GeekDad’s Different Takes on Well-Known Evil – Volume 1.

Tonari_no_cthulhu_2The Great Cthulhu as Anime
This Great Old One lurks beneath the seas, part of pre-history, who drives us insane visiting in our dreams and controlling us through nightmare and sending us slowly insane. Except during guest appearances in Anime.

Alien as Vegetable Platter
A vegetarian-inspired representation of the gruesome creature that perhaps inspired many to pursue vegetarian diets after that "stomach" scene.

Darth_vadar_as_a_cow
Darth Vader as Bovine

How Now Evil Cow. In whatever form, that helmet will always give us chills. Just no-one give the Darth Cow a light saber.

Predatormonalisa
Predator as seen in The Louvre

This evil dude has the kind of beauty only a mother could love. Surely few would line up for a view of this version of Mona Lisa.

Jabba_the_hut_as_cake
Jabba the Hutt as Birthday Cake

This monster would go someway to satisfying the appetite of the great, slimy one. Some may think this would have been best left never made.

So, what creatures of horrific, well-known evil have you seen represented in new and interesting ways that make us laugh, grin or simple scratch our heads in wonder? Share them, GeekDad would love to take a peek.
