I’m more than a little psyched for the upcoming PSP remake of the original Persona, and while we still lack official confirmation of an impending U.S. release, these videos from the Japanese version of the game have me metaphorically salivating.
The first, seen at right, is a short clip demonstrating the game’s gorgeous redrawn cinemas. The two that follow below each contain actual gameplay — specifically, dialogue-heavy scenes of character interaction.
Don’t worry if you can’t decipher the Japanese text, it just protects you from spoiling any part of a game that most of you missed the first time it was released here in the States. Instead, focus on the graphical style and sit patiently as we await Atlus’ seemingly inevitable decision to localize the game for us Americans.
