Even though fans and critics agree it'll be tough to top The Dark Knight in quality and box office gross, there will be another Batman movie. The only question is whether Christopher Nolan will return to direct it.
Nolan has taken his time making the decision, and directors who make billion-dollar movies are granted that time accordingly. Now, reports say Nolan and his brother, Jonathan, are kicking around script ideas with David Goyer on a third go-round.
With Iron Man 2 having casting problems, and another Batman flick moving with the speed of our current economic recovery, it doesn't look like fans will be seeing sequels to last summer's best movies any time soon.
