Armor Games' Dodge handles quite a bit like your typical arena shooter. Your ship (the blue object with the orange flame trails) is trapped in a box with numerous hostile shapes, and you've got to destroy them all to make it to the next level. You'll find the requisite techno soundtrack, overwhelming swarms of baddies, and candy-colored explosions, but to make things a bit more interesting, your ship lacks weapons – to beat these guys, you'll have to use their own firepower against them.
The enemy types you run into will employ a variety of tactics, but the shots they fire will chase after you. Guide enough of their pesky ordinance right back into their faces to destroy them, and score a few points. Killing enemies without taking a hit yourself will allow you to build up a score multiplier, useful for bragging rights on scoreboards, if you're into that sort of thing. You'll only get one ship, but if you do take a lot of damage you can cash in a chunk of your points to refill your health bar.
Do you go for high-score bragging rights, or actually making it through all 20 levels? My top score was a paltry 156,000 points, after being forced to repair my ship a ridiculous number of times. Post your best in the comments.
