Michael Vickers, the former CIA man and Green Beret who now serves as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict, will be hanging around, *Inside Defense *reports.(You'll remember Vickers as the multi-chess-game-playing savant from Charlie Wilson's War.) Chief Pentagon weapons-buyer John Young is also supposed to stay in place, at least for a bit, Inside Defense says.
