That's what's on the name plate of the judge who failed to issue a quick ruling over 20th Century Fox's rights claim on Warner Bros.' Watchmen franchise. This could've all been over by now, but it's full speed ahead to a potentially long and ugly trial -- a trial the judge rescheduled for three weeks past its original docket date.

The lawyers will convene for the battle royal Jan. 20 -- leaving less than 90 days between the start of the trial and the premiere of Watchmen on March 6.

As the saying goes, "Hrrm."
