Fallout 3 is coming to Japan on December 4, but with a few changes that aren't so surprising.
The biggest change involves the elimination of the "Power of the Atom" side-quest, about a nuclear bomb in the middle of a town, with players having the option to detonate the device or not. Also removed is Mr. Burke, an NPC who invites the player to detonate the town.
Another change relates to the name of a weapon. Although not mentioned in the announcement, I'm guessing it refers to the "Fat Man" mini-nuke launcher.
Lesser changes involve the renaming of creatures, as well as a reduction in the amount of blood and corpses found in the game.
