Hoping to get an early look at the manual for Wrath of the Lich King, the next World of Warcraft expansion? Turns out you already have a copy courtesy of WoW's last patch.

An inquisitive World of Warcraft fan found the manual in .pdf form within the files downloaded with the 3.0 patch last week, and offered up instructions on how to locate it yourself via the official World of Warcraft forums:

Go to your World of Warcraft folder (most commonly C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft)

Go to the following folder: \Data\enUS\Documentation

Open Manual_WLK.pdf

The same instructions work on a Mac if you substitute the Applications folder for Window's Program Files folder.

Unfortunately the entire thing is in black and white, but it's an interesting find nonetheless.
