The top of the list:
- Copy and paste
- Widescreen email in Mail program
- Flash Content in mobile Safari
- Multimedia Messaging -- send pictures to your friend via SMS
- Take a picture by clicking anywhere on the screen (or by one of the various buttons on the device) instead of by small icon
