And so has THQ, who has filed suit against Activison Blizzard for copyright infringement in regards to the "virtually identical" box art for the already released Baja: Edge of Control and the upcoming Score International Baja 1000.
THQ first revealed its Baja cover back in June of this year, and the game was released last month. It also claims to have spent over $1 million in marketing for the title.
THQ asked Activision Blizzard in early October, when it learned of the similar covers, to prepare alternate packaging for Score. Activision did not.
