In a dark foreboding Gears of War-like future, even little girls can get their eurotrash disco karaoke on, complete with pink mic.
Well, they do in a hilarious new TV spot for Dutch gaming retailer Bol.com. It's given me an entirely new perspective on just what the SingStar series could eventually achieve.
The commercial is courtesy of UK collective Minivegas, better known for their music videos for acts like Plaid and Bloc Party. I'd say their love of gaming runs deep, based on the flash-based shooting mini-game found on their online portfolio.
