Now that Mega Man 9 is finally, officially on the three major console platforms, Capcom has turned its focus toward adding downloadable content to the title – the first of which will arrive this week.
Included in the add-ons are the $3.75 Endless Attack (a survival mode where you are pitted against endless hordes of foes) and the $2.50 Proto Man Mode, a download that lets you play MM9 as Mega Man's mysterious rival/ally/anti-heroic counterpart.
As with the MM9 launch, Wii owners are getting some intense love from Capcom with this game: The DLC is currently already available on Nintendo's pale concept. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will become available on October 7 and October 9, respectively.
