Microsoft chair Bill Gates is starting up a new company called bgC3 LLC, reports TechFlash, a Seattle-based tech blog that launched today.
Not many details are known thus far, but it is described as a “think tank” in public documents, was original created in March of 2008 under the name Carillon Holdings, and is situated in Gates’ Kirkland office.
"It’s not a commercial venture but rather a vehicle to coordinate the software mogul’s work on his business and philanthropic endeavors," a Gates insider told TechFlash.
