Despite numerous delays and content cuts, Mythic Entertainment's Warhammer Online has been finalized and is being pressed onto discs bound for retail.

North American servers for the game go live on September 18, and the game will be available from retail the same day for $50, Electronic Arts revealed this morning.

Those who don't want to wait for the official launch can join the ongoing Warhammer Online public beta. The only catch is that you must be a Fileplanet subscriber to opt in and you won't find out if you've been accepted until September 7.
