To prepare gamers for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (and, no doubt, drive sales), LucasArts plans to release a downloadable demo for the title on both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace on August 21.
The demo gives players a chance to play through one level from the final game, a TIE fighter construction facility.
No word on how much of the game's much-lauded Force powers will be present, but with Unleashed's focus on "kicking ass" through George Lucas' famed extraterrestrial magic, it seems safe to assume a large swath of abilities will be present.
The full game is scheduled for North American release on September 16 for almost every platform.
