SEATTLE — PAX 2008 has come to a close. The Omegathon is over (the final game was Vs. Excitebike), the show floor is locked up, and everybody is dead tired.
If you haven’t already, make sure to check out the fruits of our labor on the front page: The gallery from Day 1, and the recently-posted gallery from Day 2. Our photographer, who you will be pleased to hear is not me, did some excellent work.
And there’s more coming. Today, I finally got to go and play some games. So expect hands-on impressions of two games that are keeping Wii ever so slightly hard-core: Mushroom Men and The Conduit. I got a sneak peek at Penny Arcade Adventures Episode Two, and am impressed. And there’s probably some other stuff I’m forgetting. Expect that early this week.
To those of you I met at the show, thanks very much for your kind words. To those of you who sort of shouted my name randomly and then left the area, I am a little creeped out. It’s Adam Sessler’s birthday and we’re going to celebrate. Good night!
