creator Jonathan Blow won't be crafting any additional content for his downloadable indie hit, much to the chagrin of the game's burgeoning fanbase.

"Here's the thing: whereas it's a straightforward intellectual exercise to add more stuff to Braid, in terms of emotion and contemplation, the body has reached its natural size," Blow told me this morning via email.

"Adding more limbs would just be wrong! The thing to do is just make the next game, and have it be really good," he added.

I can't fault Blow's logic, but you can be sure Braid's many new fans will be waiting with bated breath to see what this "next game" might be.
