Concerto Gate, an "item-based MMO" from Final Fantasy creator Square Enix, has entered closed beta testing.
The game, which boasts an "innovative terra generating system" that allows players to alter the landscape to their liking, is the sequel to Square Enix’s Cross Gate, a Japan-only MMO launched in 2001.
Players interested in joining the beta test can download the game client from Filefront, though the test is only available until July 14.
