Following GameTap's recent addition of THQ-published titles to the subscription service, Ted Turner's gaming foray has also inked a deal with indie publisher Gamecock.
The agreement will see Gamecock's stable of PC titles (such as the above-pictured Hail to the Chimp) appear on GameTap's subscription service, as well as opening the door for the games to eventually hit GameTap's subscriptionless, ad-supported gaming section.
Though this news further bolsters GameTap's position as an excellent way to spend $10 every month, the announcement would be a lot more exciting if Gamecock was known for more than just meticulously crafted displays of "rebellion." Even the Sex Pistols had to release an entertaining album or two.
