Not a day goes by where the blogosphere passes up a chance to heckle R. Kelly or Amy Winehouse. Today, it's the beehive-headed diva's turn, who recently landed a exclusive Russian concert for $2 million, but forgot to bring her panties with her. Priceless.
According to the New York Daily News, Winehouse was offered the princely sum by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, who floated the dough in exchange for a short set from the singer performed last Thursday at his girlfriend Dasha Zhukova's Moscow art gallery The Garage. In bad shape as usual, the singer took the stage two hours late, sans underwear. When you're making $2 million for one wasted show, why not go commando?

Recent events have turned more tragic than comic, even when Winehouse was reportedly trying to be funny. The singer apologized last Monday for a leaked videotape in which she and a friend replaced lyrics from the children's song "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" with racially and sexually derogatory lines like "Blacks, Pakis, gooks and nips ... deaf and dumb and blindand gay." The private video was shot by none other than her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who has been in jail for almost nine months and may stay for five years if he lands the maximum penalty for beating the crap out of barman James King and then trying to pay him off to keep quiet about it.
Ah videotape, you are so cruel. Except to R. Kelly.
