Just when we think we've seen it all, InnerPartySystem are releasing their next single on 100 pieces of chocolate.

The chocolate discs contain vinyl-style grooves, which a spokeswoman for the band says will play on a standard vinyl turntable (if my record player were involved, I'd freeze the choco-disc first).

Here's a photo of InnerPartySystem's 100-copy limited edition UK-only 7" chocolate single for "Don't Stop," quite possibly made in reference to their hometown, which is 45 minutes away from Hershey, Pennsylvania, "the sweetest place on earth":

The song in question isn't my favorite, but your mileage may vary. Regardless of what you think of their sound, this is one brilliant promotional idea.

Maybe it should ship with a peanut butter stylus.
