Today's patch for City of Heroes/Villains finally addresses one of the game's most frustrating bugs, a glitch that can leave players exploring a deserted world due to issues with the server incorrectly syncing with the game client.

By typing "/sync" players can now manually force their copy of the game to reset itself, automatically resyncing with the game world and replacing all characters, items and enemies to their rightful place.

Additional fixes include alterations to the game's Behemoth family of enemies (reducing the effectiveness of their "Invincibility" power) and a number of animation fixes intended to improve the appearance and functionality of in-game abilities.
