Yet another way wireless customers are getting screwed: A class action suit filed in federal court in Mississippi alleges a handful of businesses -- including AT&T Mobility, Verizon, Sprint Nextel, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular South and Virgin Mobile USA -- unlawfully charged customers for receiving text messages but did not offer them the chance to opt out or disable the service, according to an RCR Wireless News report.
