Lost Ain't Over Yet: Fake Ad Points to Comic-Con

Any other eagle-eyed Lost fans catch a fake commercial that aired during the season finale Thursday?

That pseudo advertisement was a job recruitment plug Dharma Initiative, directing viewers to a site for "Octagon Global Recruiting."

Watch the cheesy, retro-looking TV spot right, and see if you can spot some hidden clues. Hint: Watch the numbers being typed into the keyboard and pay attention to the first initials of the jobs listed.

According to the advert and the Octagon Research site, a job fair for unpaid positions like parapsychologists, vets and mathematicians  will be held in San Diego, California on July 24 through the 27.

Those dates ring a bell with anyone else?

That weekend is Comic-Con. A quick browse through the Comic-Con schedule didn’t rustle up any revealing clues about Lost co-creator and viral marketing aficionado J.J. Abrams might have up his sleeve.  Underwire readers, submit your speculations in the comments below.
