Orrin and Jerry Zucker of whacked-out webseries It's JerryTime! are sick of watching shorts on cramped computer screens.
Which is exactly why they're hosting WebJam 08, a toonfest dedicated to bringing animated hits to a classic movie theater.
"The quality of the playback online is usually pretty bad," wrote Orrin
Zucker in an e-mail. "All the detail gets lost in the YouTubification process."
He said the two-man team is planning to debut a spanking new installment of the Emmy-winning It's JerryTime! during the film fest, as well as material from toon studios like Mondo Media, JibJab and Angry Alien Productions.
The first-ever WebJam kicks off Thursday and runs through Saturday in Boston. Head to the site for more details.
