CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts -- As ROFLCon's panels wound to a close Friday afternoon, the first-ever gathering of the internet memes was still gathering steam on the MIT campus.

Ten members of anti-Scientology group Anonymous stood around chatting in their trademark
Guy Fawkes masks, handing out materials and occasionally breaking out into dance.

"There's about 10-15 of us hanging out and posting videos," said a member of the loose confederation of online troublemakers who identified himself only as Cacophony. Another Anonymous member said there would be some goodhearted pranks Saturday during ROFLCon, though he confessed he didn't know yet what the group had planned.

"We don't always know until the last minute," he said.

Exclusive ROFLCon gear, like this lunch box, T-shirt and energy drink, is available at the event.

On the swag front, custom-designed T-shirts and lunch boxes were among the ROFLCon gear up for grabs. The item that had everyone abuzz was a sports drink based on a movie prop.

Brawndo, the beverage that replaced water in Mike Judge's film *Idiocracy, *was handed out for free when conference attendees registered. So how'd it taste? Not bad -- at least it had electrolytes.

Swag not pictured: ROFLCon-themed condoms that pay homage to one of the more infamous internet memes: Goatse. (He didn't make it out for the weekend event.) ROFLCon continues Saturday.
