Dawn of the Dead screenwriter James Gunn is casting for an original Xbox Live program, which unfortunately doesn't sound like it's going to feature any zombies.

The live-action show is apparently something along the lines of South Park, and will feature "the wacky adventures of a group of friends," reports G4. Which means it could be anything from Buffy the Vampire Slayer to Friends to Dawson's Creek. Ok, Dawson was never really "wacky," but still.

This is a serious operation, however, and one that's clearly dedicated to maintaining certain levels of quality. To be considered for the part of "Girl in Bikini," for example, you absolutely "must look great in bikini." It's all about standards, people.

Though friends having wacky adventures sounds disappointingly generic, Gunn's writing credits of Tromeo & Juliet and Slither certainly imply he has a less-than-ordinary sense of humor. Gunn's show begins shooting in late May.
