"Let’s not go over the top," says Udo Kier in this trailer for the movie adaptation of Far Cry. But, Udo, if it wasn’t over the top, it wouldn’t be a Uwe Boll movie, now would it?
The acting is terrible and the writing is laughable, but the action looks like it might be half-decent. In a made-for-USA Network-and-starring-Mario Van Peebles kind of way. As my dating history will prove, my standards are pretty low, so I’ll definitely be checking this out when it’s released in the spring.
