Robot Car Battles Mercenaries, Kills Brain Cells

Over on the PMC mailing list,"Shadow Company" director Nick Bicanic gave this brief, and hilarious, review of the revamped Knight Rider pilot. I present it here, unedited, for your enjoyment.

ok before anyone gets too excited I'm just reporting on this because
I'm taking one for the team.

The new Knight Rider pilot is absolutely the most horrendous piece of crap I have seen in a very very long time.

Horrible acting, horrible writing - Val Kilmer as the voice of "Kitt"
- talk about doing things for a paycheck.

I downloaded it to have a quick look mostly to see how bad it was - I had it on in the background and this exchange caught my attention.

KITT: "I have traced the license plate to the BlackRiver corporation"
(Michael rolls his eyes - the actor attempting to convey anger I guess)

SARAH "Who is BlackRiver ?"

MICHAEL "Private Security Corporation. Spent time with some of their men on the ground in Iraq."

(Dramatic pause)

MICHAEL: "They're just about the money."

Interestingly BlackRiver appears to be the BIG BADDIE in the entire series concept as they are trying to take over the world.

Anyways...just thought I would enlighten the group.
The good news is the show is so shit I predict it will be pulled off the air soon.
