You can have your Guitar Hero Vol. XVIII -- for those of us armchair conductors into air baton, the EMS (E-paper Music Score) looks like the nuts. It a flexible screen that can be unrolled and connect to a laptop via Bluetooth to display any piece of music notation on the hard drive. A foot pedal scrolls the score forward.

Sadly, it's only a concept design now. But then that means there plenty of time to design an electronic baton that would keep track of your place in the score.
