While we at Game|Life certainly advocate the pre-ordering of DS game Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, we don't recommend you get it from Wal-Mart, who is currently charging $70 for the game, as opposed to the $30 being asked by every other retailer.
Capcom says* Apollo Justice* is due out February 12th, but Wal-Mart says your order will ship on the 19th. More than double the price and a week late? Sign me up!
Earlier today, Wal-Mart also had a goof on the pre-order page for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, though at $19.82, it was a far better deal. That mistake has since been fixed; we don't know yet if orders placed at the $20 price will be honored or not.
