With a few big gaming announcements at CES like Blu-Ray’s incipient victory in the format wars and Sony’s new PSP accessory gadgets, G4TV’s Attack Of The Show wanted to recruit two of the game industry’s foremost experts to discuss what it all means. Sadly, since they were all actually at CES and thus unavailable, it fell to Electronic Gaming Monthly’s Shane Bettenhausen and Wired’s me to analyze CES.
True story: There are two of these little satellite studios in San Francisco right next to each other, and while I was shooting this interview, the other studio was filled with a whole lot of Howard Dean. We shared a green room! I’m all aflutter.
