Here's just the tiniest of peeks at a batch of screen shots from Tomb Raider: Underworld. Galleries of screen shots are so 2007–video montages of screen shots (complete with Discovery channel-esque music soundtrack) are all the rage now!
Tomb Raider Legend went a long way towards restoring Lara's gamer cred, and hopefully Underworld will continue in that direction, but Uncharted has done much to raise the bar on gun-toting, jungle-exploring adventures.
Imagine a game in which you could play as either Lara or Nate–or better yet, play co-op using both characters. Never going to happen unless various companies merge, of course, but wouldn't it be fantastic?
