Fortune Magazine has released their annual list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For." Top dog? For the second year in a row, it's search engine turned internet behemoth Google. Two other Valley companies slip into the top 10 -- biotech stalwart Genentech and San Jose's Cisco Systems.
Though, next time, Fortune might want to calculate job security in their "Best Companies" algorithm. This should help keep companies like
Yahoo from making the list at the same time that layoff rumors abound. Oops.
