A Seattle-area mother is in jail after getting in the way of her husband, her son and his iPod. The unnamed woman's 13-year-old kid was antsy to use the family computer to grab some tunes for his iPod and angered pop by taking over the machine. Dad responded by seizing the iPod, which prompted the kid to kick him in the groin and bite off a chunk of his finger. Mom signaled her disapproval of the old man's parenting by punching him in the face, earning her a charge of fourth-degree assault.
No word on how the iPod is doing, but we humbly suggest using it to enjoy the audiobook version of "Nonviolent Communication."
