For raw sex appeal, you can't do much better speaker-wise than the HiVi Swans 2.3A, which includes a full 142 drivers. After the signal is separated by a 3-way "professional" active crossover and amplified by a 1200 Watt external amp, two 15" active subwoofers handle the bass and twelve 6.5" speakers tackle midrange, while no fewer than 128 dome and ribbon tweeters (including 12 of each mounted on the rear panel) provide the high-end.
We were blown away by the rich, detailed sound cranked out by these towers, which measure just over six feet tall. No pricing was available, but you can surely expect to pay a pretty penny for such luxurious two-channel sound.
