Capcom is blaming retailers for pricing the PS3 version of Devil May Cry 4 at £10 more than the 360 version in Europe.
"We don't set the prices of our games, that's at the discretion of the retailer. In this specific instance, the process has resulted in a price difference, but the process itself is not something we completely control," a Capcom spokesperson told VideoGamer.com.
It's a curious decision on the part of retailers, to be sure, considering that the versions are practically identical. Perhaps they think that PS3 owners have more cash than 360 owners? There is no price difference between the PS3 and 360 versions of DMC4 in the US.
