WikiLeaks is on a roll, publishing the third in a series of military prison manuals that it has received from an anonymous source. Unlike the previous two documents, which covered [standard operating procedures](<a href=) for guards working at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, prison camp, this one is a manual for Camp Bucca in southern Iraq.
Bucca is the primary camp for prisoners of war and suspected insurgents captured by coalition forces and has had an eventful history. There have been a number of escapes from the prison as well as attempted escapes. In 2005, authorities discovered a 300-foot long underground tunnel dug by prisoners when a truck driving over the ground broke through the tunnel roof. There have also been a number of inmate deaths at the camp, among them young inmates who were reported as dying from "natural causes." And there has been an investigation into abuse at the prison.
