Even the most remote corners of America are now laden with Blade Runner-style tele-billboards: the only difference is that instead of iconic eastern-themed art-ads, these 40-foot high LED tech-wonders direct you to the nearest used car dealership. It's refreshing, then, to see the Shanghai adverbarge coasting up the Huang Pu, its lights glinting on those pseudo-Communist waters.
