Some key folks in the iPhone hacking scene have supposedly gotten their hands on firmware 1.1.3, and, as expected, it's not good news for the "live free or perish!" types. Word is the update breaks existing unlocking tools and third-party apps and requires you to crawl back to iTunes for activation.
In exchange, you allegedly get improvements such as the ability to save pins in Google maps, single-click triangulation of cell phone towers, a re-arranged home screen and more.
