Dutch airline, KLM, had a creative brainstorming session at cross-media event, PICNIC O7 , held in Amsterdam recently.
In an event billed as a Flight of the Future co-creation, passengers poured out their fantasies for an ideal flying scenario in 2012. All the while an artist sketched their ideas.
Wants included customer-driven in-seat video content, bio-fuelled airports, passengers connected on board by means of matched digital profiles - and a pill to counter jetlag.
