At last night's Union Pool showcase during the CMJ music festival in New York, we noticed a man scoring music on a staff as Dragons of Zynth finished their set. When asked what he was up to, he said he was notating the bassline of the song to find out later which track it was (he had the whole album on a Sandisk Sansa e200 portable audio player).

It turns out he was Jon Pareles, Chief Popular Music Critic for The New York Times, who graciously allowed us to take this snapshot of his pad (click to expand).

If you're a Dragons of Zynth fan who can read music, it'd be nice if you'd identify the song in the comments section below.
