Earlier today tech blog ValleyWag wondered out loud if Craigslist founder Craig Newmark had stepped down from his post at the company. The site referenced a comment supposedly made by Craigslist spokesperson Susan MacTavish Best in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the sudden disappearance of Craig from the company's management page. We contacted Craig directly and he told us in no uncertain terms that he is still with the company. Newmark said, "I'm doing full time customer service for craigslist, and even more stuff beyond that. We have no idea where anyone got the idea that I was leaving."
