Treehugger reports on a new glass, in R&D as I type, from a group of researchers at the Polytechnic University in Madrid. The glass has a one cm layer in which water circulates and absorbs the sun's oppressive heat. Inteliglass could save up to 70 percent on air conditioning! Sign me up!
