What should arrive today but Fujitsu's tiny, svelte LifeBook T2010, an ultraportable tablet with a 3.5 lbs weigh-in, 12.1" WXGA LED-backlit display, 9 claimed hours of battery life and a 1.2 GHz Intel U7600 Core 2 Duo CPU. The Santa Rosa slate also has an integrated Intel X3100 GMA graphics chip, gigabit ethernet, draft-n WiFi, Bluetooth 2, a fingerprint reader and an IBM-style keyboard nodule instead of a trackpad. To pack all this into such a small box, optical is farmed out to an external drive.

The model we've got for testing has 2 GB RAM, a 100GB SATA hard drive, an optional "11 hour" high-capacity battery and a $2,280 price tag.

I'll be right back with our first impressions. In the meantime, let's undress it with our eyes.
