Oxywatch
We don't know why you would need to measure your blood oxygen saturation levels, but if you do the Oxywatch ($140) promises to be the most convenient and accurate method around. You just place it on your finger for an instant reading. Much more practical is its ability to measure your pulse rate the same way, without the need to wear the cumbersome transmitter belt required by most heart rate monitors. Still, if you're looking for something to monitor your workouts, you could get a more feature-rich HRM for roughly the same cost.
