Facebook Seeks Dismissal Of ConnectU Case

Just weeks after a skeptical judge heard the case made by ConnectU against Facebook alleging that the site was built on stolen computer code, Facebook has asked for the case to be thrown out of court. The popular social networking site created by Mark Zuckerberg has a good chance of having its request honored as the most recent comments from the judge overseeing the case indicated that ConnectU's claims are seen as flimsy given that no contract between Zuckerberg and ConnectU has been produced.
