According to Dvorak the company gave Louderback 5 percent of the company and $200k per year in compensation. What compelled Dvorak to give out the information on air is a mystery, but if true it means Louderback’s move from PC Magazine to Revision3
was smarter than it looked—equity is always better than a bonus check.
